The Morphy Richards 48245 Compact Breadmaker has exceeded our reviewers expectations. We feel this breadmaker would be well suited to a novice baker. Our review panel carried out various tests including:

Baking a plain white loaf
Fastbaking a white loaf
Baking an olive bread
Baking a gluten free loaf

The bread maker is rather complicated and the operations are not as straight forward as they could be. This product is packed with great features which will allow you to create numerous breads.

All the loaves we baked were very nice and we can not fault the quality of final product. The breadmaker can produce a fair sized loaf although there are some bread making machines on the market that can make bigger ones. The loaf is soft and airy which proves the quality of this breadmaker.

The bread making machine faired well in our tests but it just is not as good as some of the other products we have reviewed.
