Breville VBM003 Auto Fast Bake Bread Maker

The Breville VBM003 Auto Fast Bake Bread Maker works exceptionally well. Our initial experiences with the Breville VBM003 Auto Fast Bake Bread Maker were better than we expected. The breadmaker is quite complicated and the operations are not as straight forward as they could be. The general consumer will be happy with the various features and settings available.

The actual bread
The breadmaker produces a fine loaf which is as good as any we have tried. We were pleased with the size of the loaf this machine makes. We thought the crust was a little tough when compared to breads baked with our own bread making machine. The review panel offered some advice on using the Breville VBM003 Auto Fast Bake Bread Maker:

• Add the water or milk last
• The fast bake settings are OK but not as good as the standard bake
• The machine comes with a good selection of recipes
