With the new graphite finish this bread maker will look great in any kitchen. It is slightly smaller than some of the others in the range with a maximum loaf size of 1.5lb. The 48248 offers exceptional value for money and has everything we would expect from a Morphy Richards breadmaker.

It has a choice of ten baking settings and three crust settings which should be enough to keep most enthusiasts amused for a while. The best thing about the Morphy Richards new line of bread makers including the 48248 compact is it's retractable kneading blade. This pops out during baking so you have a perfectly formed loaf.

We really liked this bread maker and if you are looking for one I would recommend Amazon, it is hard to go wrong with them.
