Bread maker instructions
Here we are going to outline some general instructions for the various bread makers.

They all work pretty much the same but buttons may be different, some features you may have some you wont etc.
Take this manual as a guide apply a little common sense and you should be able to get your bread maker up and running quickly. Also check your manufacturers website for the official manual for your product and our recipes section for various bread recipes.
Always start by adding the yeast, dried or fresh.
Add the flour salt and sugar then water last.

Fit the baking tin back into the bread maker and configure the options.
Most bread makers have different settings you should select basic white or standard loaf to start with.
If there is a crust colour setting press the button to scroll from light, medium to dark crust depending on your preference.
Press the start button and wait.
The timer should count down. DO NOT OPEN THE LID WHILE BAKING! It will let all the hot air out and ruin the loaf.
When finished let cool for five minutes then put out onto a wire rack for further cooling.
